As the Console versions and PC versions are different, you lot are not allowed to utilise the skins interchangeably.
Past the link I posted, the Xbox I skins tin can simply exist the ones bought at Xbox Alive, the PS4 skins tin can just exist the ones bought at the PSN Store, and the PC(Java or Windows ten) and Pocket the ones that allows the User Created Skins.

As the wiki (archive) says, you lot cannot use a self created skins in Console Edition. You can at least cull between xvi unlike skins in the default skin pack (under "Assist & Options"->"Change Peel") and download additional peel packs (archive).

It's a laptop, right? There should be text on information technology saying what model it is. Google that together with the word "charger" or "power cable" or something like. You should be able to purchase one without needing a new PC.

the panel edition of minecraft doesnt allow Custom skin'due south sadly it does accept skin packs which you can utilise the defualt ones are already installed but the others are in the store

@MCAydenBird y'all can't on consoles. PC is different because you got consummate control over your figurer and as such can use mods. Sony and Microsoft are MUCH more stringent about the content that comes on their consoles. They don't want eastward.g. someone appearing every bit a completely naked humanoid, mainly to protect children.
